Where to get the best view in Seville

Seville ranks among my favorite cities to visit in Spain. Sun, tapas, history, young crowd, and a great bar scene makes for a perfect holiday. Whenever visiting a new place, I always look for something to climb. Spectacular city views is definitely always on the to-do list for me. Fortunately, Seville is home for the world’s 3rd largest Gothic church, fully equipped with the Giralda tower.

At 95.5 meters (approx. 313 feet) tall, the Giralda Tower creates the best view of Seville. After climbing the steep ramps up the tower, you are able to see a complete panoramic view of the Seville and the beautiful orange groove courtyard below. You are also able to stop along the way for a peek of what’s below as the tower is filled with windows on the way up.
